Oncology RNs at Fusion Medical Staffing deliver compassionate, specialized care to cancer patients in acute care or outpatient settings. In this role, you’ll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor for adverse reactions, manage central lines, and provide symptom management and education to patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to protocols.

- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across treatment cycles.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and related medications safely per protocol.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly.
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and symptom management.
- Perform thorough assessments, document accurately, and maintain EMR records.
- Advocate for patient needs, comfort, and psychosocial support.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and best-practice initiatives.
- Collaborate with Fusion Medical Staffing team to ensure high-quality placement and continuity of care.
