What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise, train, motivate, and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Take orders promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and closing; prepare bank deposit statements; identify shortages or overages.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and function as a flexible team leader.
