• Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project
• Demolition, cleaning, rebuilding of job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Manage a labor force to execute the daily scope of work
• Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork

• IICRC certification preferred, but not required
• Experience in water mitigation
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history

Your compensation will vary by your experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

Base Pay Maximum: $26

Base Pay Minimum: $22
