This is a full-time Carpenter Framer role located at various sites throughout West Metro cities in MN. The Carpenter Framer will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing wood and metal framework for residential and commercial construction projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials, and using a variety of tools and equipment to construct frames, walls, floors, roofs, and other structures.

Meeting quality standards and ensuring safety on‑site will be critical aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Carpentry and skills related to Framing
• Proficient use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Experience in Finish Carpentry, showcasing attention to detail and precision
• Ability and/or readiness to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures in construction settings
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform labor‑intensive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications are a plus
