CDL Class B Tankwagon Driver – Beaudry Oil & Propane

Full-Time, 45+ hours per week

Work Hours:

5AM–3PM

• Drive assigned Tractor/Tanker trailer to pick up propane/fuel and deliver to assigned facilities
• Perform required daily vehicle inspections
• Safety and efficiently transfer products between transport and bulk storage
• Maintain DOT compliance
• Performing routine inspection and preventive maintenance
• Performing all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job
• Valid Class B State Driver’s License with Haz Mat and Tanker Endorsements
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
• Ability to safely drive various vehicles
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions
• Ability to make independent judgments which have moderate impacts on the organization
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
