Senior Accountant

Base pay range: $93,600.00/yr – $/yr. $93,600–$124,800 annually, depending on experience and ERP expertise.

CFS has partnered with a well‑established small‑to‑midsize manufacturing organization in Elkhart, Indiana to identify a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations. This role is highly hands‑on and accounting‑focused, with full ownership of month‑end close, along with responsibility for bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll backup.

• Lead and complete month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain and manage the general ledger
• Perform and review bank reconciliations
• Serve as backup for payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Manage and support customer invoicing and revenue tracking
• Ensure proper accounting documentation and adherence to internal controls
• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a lean environment
• Partner with leadership to provide reliable financial information

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands‑on accounting background with full ownership of month‑end close
• Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll support
• ERP Acumatica experience required
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
