OpportunityThe Inventory Business Analyst reviews and analyzes expired and slow‑moving inventory across Kem Krest’s customer programs. Using Power
BI and Excel, the analyst organizes data, coordinates with supply chain and sales teams to resolve inventory issues, manages claims and product disposal, and prepares summary reports for management. The role focuses on optimizing inventory processes and supporting financial recovery efforts.
- Lead bi‑annual and annual reviews of expired, slow‑moving, and zero‑turn products across chemical and accessory programs.
- Analyze inventory data using Power
BI and Excel, sorting and categorizing products to identify trends and opportunities. - Partner with supply chain representatives to determine product status, recertification possibilities, and reasons for expiration or slow movement.
- Assess contractual terms to identify claim opportunities and prepare supporting documentation.
- Coordinate product disposal and scrapping, both physically and in system.
- Prepare and present summary reports for supply chain and finance teams.
- Track and report on customer claims, payments, and recovery in collaboration with sales and accounts receivable.
- Manage monthly account reconciliations and summary‑level reporting for 70+ programs, publishing results to senior management.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power
BI and D365. - Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management preferred (accounting degree not required).
