• Manage receptionist duties and coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments

• Develop andmaintainemergency procedures and trainings

• Coordinate international travel,communication protocols, and emergency procedures for staff trips

• Overseepurchasingprocesses, receiving operations, and complex international shipping logistics

• Schedule and coordinate recurring organizational functions including staff devotions, staff meetings, and event emcees

• Support volunteer management across various departments and skill levels
