A community organization in Elkhart seeks a dedicated OxBow Kids Care Program Coordinator to lead youth activities and support development from ages 5 to 12. This part-time role (18.75 hours/week) requires supervision and engagement in programs that foster education and community involvement. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and at least one year of experience with school-aged children.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour and schedule runs Monday to Friday, 1:45 PM to 5:30 PM.
