Drafter

We are hiring drafters with experience in AutoCAD and/or a background in housing construction. However, we will train motivated individuals who have no prior experience but possess the ability to evolve alongside a progressive industry.

• Create and revise detailed drawings for:
  Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings
• Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow

• High school diploma or GED required. College degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Must be proficient with computers, communication and problem solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work in teams and attention to detail.
