Customer Experience Training Coordinator

Join Dometic as a Customer Experience Training Coordinator in the Customer Experience team located in Elkhart, IN. You will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that empower customer‑facing teams to provide consistent, high‑quality service aligned with Dometic’s brand values and operational goals.

About The Position

This position reports to the Director, Customer Experience and is responsible for shaping how teams engage with customers across channels. You’ll develop training content, facilitate onboarding and workshops, monitor effectiveness, maintain materials, coordinate logistics, support rollouts of new tools, and champion continuous learning. Travel is required.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for customer service, technical support, and sales teams focused on customer experience excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, HR, Operations) to ensure training content reflects current products, systems, and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing development workshops for existing staff.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction data; recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and e‑learning modules using Dometic’s learning management system.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication with participants.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes that impact customer interactions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and customer‑first thinking across the organization.
  • Travel is required for this position.

A suitable background would include
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field; alternatively, high school diploma with significant work‑related experience.
  • Experience:

    Strong background with training coordination, customer service, or learning & development—preferably in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
To be successful in this role, you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in‑person and virtual.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and empowering teams.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of RVs, basic electricity, and Dometic products (preferred).
