Overview
MORryde is currently looking to add a team member to our Inside Sales & Warranty Team to focus on product support and warranty claims. This position will be charged with providing customer service to our aftermarket distributors, dealers, and retail customers with the end goal of providing product information and technical support. During these interactions you will also be responsible for selling the advantages of MORryde products.
An additional responsibility will focus on warranty claims management – balancing the overall costs, while providing exceptional service. The warranty processing cycle includes researching, fact-finding, claims processing, and claims resolution. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our OEM customers to resolve and, at times, negotiate claim details and costs. The Inside Sales & Warranty Specialist position will allow you to learn the ins and outs of all our aftermarket products and the selling and service cycle of those products – from general product inquiry to potential warranty resolution.
- Manage a high volume of calls and/or emails regarding product, service, and warranty inquires
- Educate customers on MORryde product, showcasing the features and benefits
- Execute high-level customer service skills to alleviate product concerns or to resolve warranty claims
- Negotiate with customers to manage overall warranty claim costs
- Enter, follow-up on, and confirm warranty parts returns and new order processing
- General technical aptitude that allows you to learn how products work, how components fit together, and to understand service repairs and processes
- High level of attention to detail in order to process orders, returns, and warranty claims correctly
- Ability to convey a positive customer focused disposition, all while handling a large volume of phone calls and/or complex warranty claims
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively without constant supervision
- Must be able to handle extended periods of time at their desk assisting in post-sales activities including parts and service inquiries, product troubleshooting, and warranty administration
- Ability to analyze and solve problems is an integral part of this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position
