Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Location: Elkhart, IN
Salary: $36,550 - $39,500

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join their team. This role will assist customers with account questions, process payments, update customer information, and provide exceptional service over the phone and through other communication channels.

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with account inquiries
• Update and maintain customer account information
• Accept and process customer payments
• Answer questions regarding services, billing, and account status
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
