* Compensation & Benefits

* * Expected Annual Earnings:* *$250,000–$300,000+

* * Base Salary:* *$150,000 guaranteed for contract period

* * Compensation Structure:
* Tiered *% of collections
* * Up to $40,000:

* * $40,000.01–$50,000:
* 32.5%
* * Above $50,000:
* 35%

* * CE Allowance:
* Up to *$3,000* (matched for CE)

* * Professional Liability Insurance:
* Covered by the practice

* * PTO:
* * 8 days
* after 1 year of employment

* Clinical Scope:
* Bread-and-butter dentistry including crown and bridge and removable prosthodontics, with pathways to learn advanced procedures depending on your goals.
