Real Truck is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop and enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost and throughput improvements. You will coordinate design and development of new processes, systems, and equipment—both automated and non-automated—and serve as a SME for manufacturing issues.
You will lead lean initiatives, support product design, and mentor others in process improvement, while using CAD, ERP, and automation experience to drive efficiency.
