Compensation: $110,000 - $145,000 + Bonus

What You'll Be Doing- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop reporting and KPI dashboards
- Create financial models supporting business initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership
- Analyze operational and financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement within finance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams
- Strong modeling and reporting skills
- ERP and BI tools experience preferred
