Base Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr part‑time with possibility of full‑time. Onboarding bonus: $1,000.
Benefits include Tuition Assistance, Ongoing Training, Flexible Schedule and opportunities for growth to Lead RBT or Full‑Time RBT.
About the PositionABA Therapist / RBT position providing in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Work under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
Responsibilities- Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
- Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety, or social opportunities following patients’ treatment plans.
- Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
- RBT Certification is required.
- Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of special education experience. - Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience.
