  Enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities through formal training, mentorship, and coaching programs.
• Guidance & Support:
  Receive continuous guidance and valuable insights from assigned mentors and program alumni.

• Background:
  Early career talent with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program, graduating between May 2025 and May 2027.
• Experience:
  
  Mandatory prior internship or work experience.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability, comfort in a manufacturing environment, self-motivation, and high attention to detail.
