As a Management Trainee you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and will also get out into the community to establish essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor’s. Employment will begin once the degree is complete.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past two years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in two or more of the following:
  • Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a service industry (retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Management experience leading a team.
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or varsity team.
  • Leadership role on campus or community involvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
