A manufacturing leader is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple facilities across the United States and Mexico. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in lean principles, and a focus on operational excellence. Responsibilities include driving cost reductions, improving quality and safety, and managing a diverse team. Preferred candidates will have over 10 years in manufacturing operations and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

A B.S. in Engineering or Business is required; an MBA is preferred.
