They are looking for a hands‑on Director of Operations with extensive people leadership and operations experience who is comfortable managing and working alongside individuals across all levels of the business, from the shop floor to the C‑suite and everywhere in between.

- Oversee business performance and operations at assigned location.
- Lead various departments, including Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement.
- Develop strategies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Manage capital requirements and facility maintenance.
- Take ownership of facility financial performance.
- Lead manufacturing teams to ensure consistent adherence to production schedules.
- Define staffing structures to optimize on‑time delivery, quality, and cost efficiencies.
- Coordinate across departments to resolve production issues swiftly.
- Control costs and drive profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute production schedules in partnership with Manufacturing Managers.
- Serve as Emergency Coordinator, ensuring preparedness and response readiness.
- Maintain a strong safety culture with a focus on incident prevention.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years in manufacturing/operations management roles.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing implementation.
- Note that the role requires periods of sedentary deskwork as well as periods of work on the production floor.
