• Perform destructive/non‑destructive testing on raw materials and finished goods
• Conduct mechanical, thermal, and chemical property tests (e.g., flexural, tensile, DSC, viscosity, gel time)
• Evaluate coatings and adhesives (solvent, water‑based, UV‑cured)
• Manage QC systems, documentation, and sample archiving
• Support lab operations and collaborate with production teams

• Technical training or degree + 3 years’ experience
• CTT Certification (ACMA)
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Experience with fiberglass reinforcements and thermoset resin systems
• Familiarity with lab equipment and testing protocols

• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting
• Strong organization and time management
• Clear communication and decision‑making
• Independent and team‑oriented work ethic

• Lab setting within a manufacturing facility
• Regular use of lab tools and equipment
• Moderate noise: PPE provided
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
