• Follow all safety procedures associated with machine centers.
• Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags.
• Unitize production according to customer specifications.
• Participate in quality checks as required.
• Work at the pace set by the machine operator to meet the production schedule.
• Read and follow shop order instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems throughout the production run.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to work safely in accordance with all safety processes and policies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion to support operational and business needs.
• Ability to work individually or in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly on a regular basis.

Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.

Bend, stand, squat, and twist repeatedly.

Work in a loud environment that requires hearing protection.

Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and wet/humid conditions; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme heat; and risk of electrical shock.

Fast‑paced production environment. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including safety instructions, operating procedures, and workplace signage.
