WhatYou will Get
Develops and implements improvements in the manufacturing process by studying product manufacturing methods and process flows. (heavy manufacturing production floor presence)
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions- Develop layouts (Auto Cad, DWG)
- Prepare time and motions studies, BOM’s, routings, Work Instructions
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts
- Coordinate with Lean teams.
- Participate in Lean events and follow up on approved improvements to insure their effectiveness and continued value.
- Provide leadership by guiding the activities
- Chart process flow, Control plans, PFMEA
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
- Travel to customer or other Lippert facilities may be required
- Floor time at customers or other Lippert facilities may be required which may include walking, kneeling, crouching, sitting, standing
This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities upon hiring.
