Shift: 2nd shift
About the roleJoin a fast-paced welding team producing high-quality aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques.
- Weld aluminum parts to spec using MIG/TIG processes — clean, precise, and spatter-free.
- Follow blueprints and job instructions to meet quality and production standards.
- Use tape measures, calipers, and other tools for setup and inspection.
- Track job progress and labor using Shop Floor Mobile.
- Assist with team training and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of aluminum MIG/TIG welding experience.
- Able to read blueprints, follow instructions, and operate hand tools.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (75+ lbs with team lift or device).
- Positive attitude, safety-focused, and self-motivated.
