MAKS Plastics, a rotational molding and thermoforming plastics supplier serving RV, Marine, and custom industries, is seeking a Primary Operator – Thermoform. This role operates ovens and molds, loads/unloads sheets and formed parts, and ensures quality across cycles in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include setting cycle times, routing parts, maintaining molds, and keeping accurate production logs while working with team leads and supervisors to maintain production flow.
