Lever, Inc. in Elkhart, Indiana, seeks an experienced Mark Andy Pressman to join the team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri). The 1st shift runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with overlap meetings.
Equipment includes Mark Andy 2200s, 4150s, and Scout presses. Compensation is $25–$31 per hour, with full-time hours on weekdays. Ideal candidates bring hands-on flexo press experience and the ability to maintain quality while meeting daily production targets.
