We have an immediate opening for a Moulder Set Up position. Come build on your natural mechanical skills with on the job training as a moulder set up! We are looking to provide a motivated candidate the opportunity to grow in a career that is as stable as the oak trim you will help create. On the job training, and professional development will be provided to the right candidate.

• Frequent quick set ups and changeovers on high speed moulders
• Troubleshoot and perform Preventative Maintenance on a regular schedule
• Complete moulder schedule efficiently
• Communicate and instruct team and monitor results
• 1st or 2nd shift available (2nd shift differential)

• Able to read a schedule and understand product information
• Able to understand and learn standard lumber grading rules
• Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds consistently
• Standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time required
• Basic math skills
• Able to work in a noisy and dusty environment
• Willingness to work within a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older
