Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking Production/Assembly Associates for a leading marine manufacturer. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy building products, working with tools, and being part of a team-focused production environment.

• Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards
• Use hand tools and air tools to complete assembly tasks
• Read and follow basic production requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support team production goals and daily objectives

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and air tools required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for the duration of the workday
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
