This position reports to the Marketing Director, Land Vehicle – Americas and will work in Elkhart IN, or Chicago, IL

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy, communications & storytelling execution for the Dometic Brand in Service and Aftermarket, handling the launch of service parts. The role will integrate with sales, product management, customer service, and other functions.
Your Main Responsibilities- Develop communication plans and associated metrics to drive business forward.
- Work with marketing content creation and product teams to prioritize launch campaigns and define all language and content required for successful launches.
- Brief functional team leaders on communication strategy as part of GTM kick off.
- Support the Sales organization in building relationships with key customers; act in a consultative manner and design value‑add programs.
- Brief creative team to design and deliver assets (copy, content, photography/rendering, video, graphic design).
- Lead copywriting to prioritize voice and tone for key campaigns to specific markets.
- Maintain a list of opportunities and submit Dometic Product/Campaigns for awards or industry recognition.
- Lead marketing research to enable comprehensive knowledge of core customers for communications and product development.
- Actively participate in research design, insights, segmentation work; lead research initiatives for the Americas segment.
- Understand full market landscape (Dometic, competitors, customers, consumers) and use knowledge to inform strategy.
- Maintain brand standards while delivering required content to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with other divisions or global counterparts to realize synergies and enhance brand communication.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs to support marketing strategy.
- Domestic travel is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a brand/marketing management role – experience in B2C, B2B2C, and/or B2B highly preferred.
- Solid experience applying processes and gaining buy‑in to drive business efficiencies and reduce cross‑functional silos.
- Demonstrative marketing strategy experience.
- Experience working with internal and external agencies.
- Experience launching products into manufacturing, distribution, or dealer models.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; willing to tackle new challenges and take initiative.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset; ability to turn data into insights.
- Ability to manage high‑performing teams and develop talent.
