Beacon Health System is hiring a part-time night‑shift Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Department at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN.

Type: Part‑Time/FTE 0.75 (30 hrs/wk)

Shift: Night – 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., 3 shifts one week, 2 shifts the next

• Complete mandatory education, annual competencies, and department‑specific training within established time frames.
• Maintain current BLS and other required certifications.

You will have a high level of knowledge and competency in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatment, and techniques. You will demonstrate advanced analytical skills, effective interpersonal communication, and the ability to solve complex patient‑care problems.

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.
• If hired after January 1 , 2014, must obtain a BSN within five (5) years of employment or become certified in a specialty area, maintaining certification per accrediting body standards.
