  • Completes annual employee health requirements within established time frames.
  • Maintains license/certification in good standing throughout fiscal year.
  • Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.
  • Utilizes appropriate universal precautions and ergonomic techniques to protect patients and self.
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements, survey process and compliance.
  • Complies with organization and department policies.
  • Available to work overtime and additional shifts as required.

  • Education and Experience:

    BSN with active Indiana RN license. New hires after Jan 1, 2014 must have or obtain a BSN within five years, or become certified in area of specialty. Licenses and certifications include BCLS within 90 days; ACLS, NRP, PALS as specified; EKG requirements; TNCC within specified timelines depending on department.
