Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is a trusted provider of high-end products for recreational vehicles, commercial passenger vehicles and overlanding vehicles in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This position reports to the Lead Product Segment Quality Assurance Manager and will work in Elkhart, IN.

• Identify, document, and correct non-conforming products or components through rework processes to ensure items meet quality standards before return to production or shipment to customers.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain product integrity and compliance with specifications.
• Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for root cause analysis and evaluation of returned products.
• Develop and conduct methods for testing and evaluation of returned products.
• Provide technical support for testing processes for all returned products and review testing procedures regularly.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify issues found during testing.
• Complete inspection of parts associated with customer complaints or SOHN.
• Reclaim tested products (ACs, Refrigerators, Coolers, etc.).
• Repackage items damaged in warehouse (including inspection and testing if applicable).
• Perform rework for requests received through Segment Quality (reworking items, repackaging, relabeling, etc.).
• Assist RGA technicians with testing and with paperwork (including receiving and dispositioning items returned under warranty).
• Assist Engineering with special requests; testing and/or repairing items to regain functionality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical certification or associate degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment, preferably in rework or repair.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and drawings.
• Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, or mechanical assembly (if applicable).
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with ERP or quality management systems.

This position works onsite at our Elkhart, IN facility.
