As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to display Hallmark products, maintain inventory, support seasonal resets, and collaborate with store teams.

• Your starting pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 10–20.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends is required.

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using the mobile device provided.
• Utilize technology for communication, reporting, time tracking, and survey completion.
• Assist with holiday support and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Participate in department resets and installations, often with advance notice.
• Work as part of Hallmark’s field network to support teammates as needed.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders.

Must be able to work on the sales floor and in backstock areas.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Manual dexterity for lifting up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi internet access.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
