Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Representatives, and we want you to join our team today! We offer aggressive hourly pay plus a rich commission. Our reps can make $18-35 per hour.

The ideal candidate is someone with retail sales experience and eager to be a part of our growing team! Experience selling Mobile and Cable products is a huge plus.

As a Sales Rep your primary duties will be promoting the sale of all Xfinity services and products – Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Voice. You will develop a foundational knowledge of Comcast products and services, utilize sales skills, and learn to maximize sales through effective upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Presentation, promotion and sale of products/services using effective knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
• Execution of sales closing techniques consistently, repeatedly, and in a timely manner to maximize Gross Profit.
• Creation of value around all our products and services and tailoring a package to fit our customer's needs.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently and maximizing your own commissions.

• Maintenance of a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing environment.
• Building a positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company.
• Striving to achieve the maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction.

• Working well with the team, having relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Staying up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies for both the Company and its competition.
• Achieving overall performance goals of the organization.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time, Open Availability

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000 per year
