Job Title: Sales Representative – RV
Reports To: Director of Business Development
Direct reports: None
Key relationships: All departments and OEM Customers
Role PurposeThe RV Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with RV OEM customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, responsiveness, and alignment with Vista’s goals. This role focuses on account development, identifying opportunities within existing customers, and supporting new product introductions.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of OEM purchasing cycles, engineering processes, and production timelines
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience selling to RV OEMs (required)
- Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing key customer accounts.
- Experience with planning, forecasting and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Business Central preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Travel: 10%
- Build and maintain multiple relationships within OEM accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and coordinate internally to execute them.
- Communicate Vista’s value proposition and product capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to meet customer expectations.
- Utilize CRM systems for accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Support company initiatives and maintain alignment with Vista’s mission.

Attention to Customer Scope of work and details
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RV OEM customers.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support customers through quoting, order follow-up, and new product launches.
- Identify and develop opportunities for additional business within existing accounts.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align customer needs with new and existing products.
- Execute Vista’s sales initiatives and report progress toward annual goals.
- Work with Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
- Proactively communicate lead times, pricing, and project updates.
- Represent Vista at OEM visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Monitor and report on competitor products, pricing, and trends.
- Share customer feedback and insights to guide product and marketing strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts within Business Central.
- Provide regular updates on account performance and upcoming opportunities.
- Follow all requirements to support Vista Quality Objectives.
