This is a full‑time role for an RV OE Account Sales position located in Elkhart, IN with some work‑from‑home options. The Account Sales professional will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Duties include daily communication with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and conducting training sessions to educate clients on product offerings. The role also involves sales management tasks to maximize profitability and performance.
Compensation commensurate with level of experience.
- Strong communication, customer service and presentation skills
- 12V Consumer Electronics or Technical Support background a plus
- Proficiency in sales and sales management
- Experience in conducting training sessions a plus
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the recreational vehicle and automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or 5+ years in RV OE industry
