This role involves monitoring and patrolling different client sites on a variety of schedules. You will maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling client premises, preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, you will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

• Monitor and patrol client sites to ensure safety and security.
• Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Provide customer service and information to staff and customers.
• Report incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Assist in emergency response and evacuations.

• No prior experience required; prior retail, food service, or hospitality background is a plus.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
