** This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ethical, high-quality work. Starting out as a department of one, this opportunity will grow to encompass a team of professionals.
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner with the GM and other professionals to grow the electrical line of business
* Manage the department budget
* Lead and supervise a team of residential electricians
* Monitor job flow, scheduling, and service quality
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
* Manage inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations
* Support electricians with training, guidance, and inspections
* Serve customers with prompt responsiveness and integrity
* Communicate with customers and resolve service issues
* Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll approvals
* Champion company values and foster a positive team culture
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Master Electrician License (required)
* Valid Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle report (Required)
* 3+ years of management experience in the electrical or construction field, preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
