** About the Role
** This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values ethical, high-quality work. You’ll start as a department of one and grow into leading a team of professionals.
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner with the GM to launch and grow the electrical division
* Manage budgets, scheduling, and service quality
* Lead and mentor residential electricians as the line of business grows
* Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
* Oversee inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
* Champion company values and foster a positive team culture
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Master Electrician (
* or willingness to earn it—we’ll pay for it if you are ready to sit for the exam!*)
* Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
* 3+ years of management experience in electrical or construction (preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
