Walworth County seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-focused care at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn, WI. You will assist with activities of daily living, maintain safety, and support residents under the supervision of RNs and LPNs.
This is a full-time position with day shifts and a supportive team environment. You will perform routine care tasks, monitor residents’ conditions, document care provided, and participate in inservice training to maintain certifications.
