Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7 AM

Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7 AM - 3 PM for 4 - 5 weeks

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills
• Produce parts accurately to engineering prints and quality standards
• Perform inspections and document production and quality data
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly
• Support process improvements, tooling, and fixturing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• 5+ years of hands‑on CNC machining experience (lathes and mills preferred)
• Proficient in Mazatrol and G‑code programming
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation
• Lift up to 50 lbs; safely handle heavy parts using cranes or hoists
• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail
