• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to residents in both long‑term and short‑term rehab settings.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, home‑like environment.
• Support nursing staff with vital signs, documentation, and care tasks.
