Join our team of energetic, customer-focused individuals. This position is based in our Elkhorn, WI shop with minimal travel to other locations.

As a Marine Rigging Technician, you will install and repair boat rigging, aftermarket electronics, and perform maintenance on outboard and inboard motors, ensuring reliability and service excellence.

• 2–3 years marine rigging experience
• Prior experience with outboard and/or inboard motors
• Attention to detail
• Ability to listen intently to leadership directives and interpret various communication styles
• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Experience with trolling motors, power poles, GPS installation, hanging motors
• Valid FL driver’s license and acceptable to insurer
• Positive attitude and genuine team player
• Pay commensurate with years of past marine service experience

• At least 3 years installing aftermarket electronics on boats and repair (unless stated otherwise)
• Mechanical inclination and understanding of boat mechanics
