This is a Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday role with some overtime and weekend needs dependent on workload. The pay is in accordance with the WI DWD Skilled Wage Rates, as well as based on individual experience – we are competitive with our pay! • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system functionality.
• Collaborate with contractors and other trades to coordinate plumbing installations.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair services as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Mentor apprentices and provide training on plumbing techniques and safety practices.

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumbing License.
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
