Join our fast-paced, family-owned dealership as a Powersports Setup & Accessory Technician, where your role will focus exclusively on prepping and accessorizing ATVs, UTVs and Snowmobiles. From installing light bars and snow plows to wiring key accessories, you’ll help ensure every machine is delivered customer-ready.

This is a year-round position ideal for someone with previous dealership or shop experience who thrives in a hands‑on, team-focused environment.

• Assemble new off‑road vehicles from crate to completion.
• Install accessories including:
  • Audio
  • Light Bars
  • Snow plows
  • Electrical ad‑ons
• Perform test rides only to verify mechanical readiness.
• Conduct final vehicle inspections before customer delivery.
• Maintain a safe, organized work space and keep accurate service records.
• Collaborate with a small service team to meet build schedules.

• Previous experience in a dealership or professional shop (powersports or automotive).
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and wiring equipment.
• Able to read and follow technical diagrams and installation guides.
• Must supply own tools, including:
  • Tool box
  • Standard/ metric sockets and wrenches
  • Hammers, screwdrivers, impacts, etc.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license; ATV/UTV license helpful but not required.

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

• Wed: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
