This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Elkhorn, WI. The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, conducting troubleshooting to diagnose issues, completing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.

• Experience in maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve HVAC‑related issues
• Knowledge or certification in EPA regulations and compliance related to HVAC systems
• Strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on‑site environment
• Relevant technical certifications or licensure (e.g., HVAC certification) is a plus
