Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of patients.

• Deliver exceptional patient care while prioritizing comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and assess the best way to assist.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients regularly to prevent pressure ulcers and discomfort.
• Monitor and support patient nutrition by reviewing dietary needs, allergies, and preferences.
• Record and communicate updates on patient conditions to nurses and physicians.
• Track and document food/fluid intake and urinary/fecal output accurately.
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
• Observe and report changes in patient health, such as wounds, bruising, or signs of distress.
• Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements as directed.
• Document and report patient symptoms, complaints, and concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain up-to-date training and follow facility policies and infection control protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or assisted living facility.

• Cu
  rrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (per facility or state requirement).
