Autumn Lake Healthcare in Elkins, WV is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment. Night shift 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with a 2/4 schedule. Pay rate is $40.00 per hour for a 14-week contract, with shifts every other weekend.
