VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - OB/GYN.

• Description: Looking for 1 or 2 providers to work in clinic 3 to 4 days per week. The dates I am looking for as of right now:
  
  January 5th through the 9th.

  -6thMarch 16th 20thMarch 30th-April 3rdApril 13-17
  
  May 4-8
  
  June 22-25
  
  June 29-July 3 Some of these are short shifts, but will have longer shifts to offer in the following months. Clinic hours are 7:30 to 4:30 with patients starting to be seen at 8am.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
